Background

Her journey toward holistic wellness began at a young age when she greatly struggled with depression and anxiety. In her pursuit of relief she tried to heal herself through self-medication, with food, drugs, and alcohol. She also sought professional help from numerous therapists and doctors and took prescription medications, which together provided some temporary relief, but no complete solution.

 

Transformation Through Ayurveda and Yoga:

In 2014, her life took a transformative turn when she discovered Ayurveda. This ancient holistic approach provided her with a genuinely comprehensive path to healing. Through the study and practices of Ayurveda and Yoga, Nathalie was able to understand the illness, heal, experience self-fulfillment and a sense of ease that previously seemed to her to be unattainable. Today, she leads a life characterized by joy and fulfillment, that is in stark contrast to the anguish and despair she once experienced. 

 

High Five Yoga Health & Healing:

In 2016, she established High Five Yoga Health & Healing Ltd. and now works as a Transformational Life Coach. She skillfully combines her personal experiences and life lessons with her diverse education and training in behaviour change, lifestyle, and spirituality for truly comprehensive healing.

Nathalie is unwavering in her commitment to sharing her insights and enthusiasm for life with individuals who are grappling with similar challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and various mental, emotional, and spiritual difficulties.
