Cancellation & Refund Policy

We all lead busy lives and it is understandable that sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, High Five Yoga Health & Healing respectfully requests that you provide a minimum 24 hours notice for Yoga or Coaching services, and a minimum of 30 days notice for Retreat services, in order to obtain a refund.  

This will enable others who are waiting for an opportunity to forward their wellness journey to make use of your time slot, so everybody wins! There will be no fees for appointments which are rescheduled and attended within a reasonable amount of time. However, failure to cancel before the minimum time required will result in the following fees:

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in 100% charge
