Yoga is a practice that has no required body type, size, weight, or age restrictions. It is not dependent on your level of flexibility, bone structure, or lung capacity. Yoga accepts you as you are, in the skin you are in today, and invites you to see and experience the beauty of who you are in the very moment. At it's core, Yoga is a systematic empowerment tool that will take you beyond just a sweaty workout to a place if inner strength, peace and easeful living. Who doesn't want that?!

I will guide you on a personalized journey of physical and conscious awakening, in a comfortable, safe and judgement free environment... Clothing required! But Spandex is not! We will follow a traditional style of Yoga, based on the 5 Points of Wellness, including breathing techniques, and a set sequence of asana that focuses on spinal mobility, awareness and intention.
