Yoga is a practice that has no required body type, size, weight, or age restrictions. It is not dependent on your level of flexibility, bone structure, or lung capacity. Yoga accepts you as you arein the skin you are in today, and invites you to see and experience the beauty of who you are in the very moment. At its core, Yoga is a systematic empowerment tool that will take you beyond just a sweaty workout to a place if self-awareness, inner strength, peace and easeful living. Who doesn't want that?!

If you are interested in taking your well-being beyond the crowded studio to explore the countless benefits of Yoga, then private or small group classes (maximum 4 people) are perfect for you! I will guide you on a personalized journey of physical and conscious awakening, in a comfortable, safe and judgement free environment... Clothing required! High Five Yoga Group Classes for All Levels always offer a gentle yet challenging experience. We will follow a traditional style of Yoga, based on the 5 Points of Wellness, including breathing techniques, and a sequence of asana that focuses on spinal mobility, awareness and intention. These classes are geared to beginners and experienced Yogis alike.
